Position: Health & Wellbeing Advisor (Part-Time, Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for a friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic Health & Wellbeing Advisor
to join our Wadebridge shop on a part-time basis, covering maternity leave.

⭐ What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service
Advise customers on supplements, natural health, and well-being products (full training provided)
Answer customer enquiries by phone, email, and in-store
Place and receive supplier orders
Help maintain a welcoming, well-presented shop environment
🌱 What We’re Looking For
A warm, approachable personality and a passion for helping people
Customer service experience (retail or hospitality an advantage)
Confidence using Microsoft Office (basic computer skills required)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A genuine interest in natural health & well-being — with a willingness to learn
