Vitamin E helps in the formation of red blood cell. It is an antioxidant which protects against abnormal breakdown of fats and Vitamin A. It is an important antioxidant for the health of the cardiovascular system.
Although all tissues in the body require sufficient vitamin E, the cardiovascular, nervous (including brain), reproductive and immune systems and the eyes, joints and skin are especially susceptible to problems due to excessively low concentrations.
