Rio Rosa Mosqueta Oil helps protect against many causes of premature ageing. Pure beauty oil from the hip of a wild South American rose. Rich in EFA.
Rio Rosa Mosqueta is extremely rich in essential fatty acids (EFA) which are known to be necessary as constituents of cell membranes, in the synthesis of hormorne-like prostaglandins, and in skin welfare.
It can be used to help keep the skin in good condition, and to protect it from environmental factors associated with premature skin ageing, and to attenuate the appearance of crow’s feet and wrinkles.
Massage well into the affected area for 2-3 minutes, to obtain good absorption into the deep layers of the skin. Repeat 2-3 times a day. Like many oils, Rosa Mosqueta can stain delicate clothing.

Susan Clark, Award Winning Health Journalist explains,
"Made from the hips of the Rosa rubiginosa plant, which grows high up in the Andes, the active ingredients have now been identified and tested in clinical trials on patients recovering from surgery, and also people with scars resulting from severe acne infection. What the scientists found is that Rosa mosqueta is a rich source of the essential fatty acids that the body needs to make the prostaglandins (or hormone-like substances) that are crucial for skin regeneration, whether the problem is caused by ageing, surgery, scarring following an accident, or an infection of the skin.
You will find these same fatty acids in everyday skin and anti wrinkle creams made from say evening primrose oil and vitamin E, but the concentration in Rosa mosqueta is many times higher. Rosa mosqueta is also a source of Retinol - a key ingredient in cosmetic products designed to remove fine lines and wrinkles to keep the skin looking young and healthy..."
