Kobashi Bergamot Essential Oil (S) 10ml. Pure Unadulterated Natural Aromatherapy Essential Oil.
Bergamot essential oil, Citrus bergamia.
Uses
Bergamot essential oil is relaxaing, refreshing, excellent for skin care - especially oily or blemished skin.
How To Use
Bath: Add a total of 5 or less drops of Bergamot essential oil. Mix well. Soak for up to 20 minutes allowing the oil to penetrate the skin while enjoying the luxurious vapours.
Massage: Add a total of 5 drops or less OF Bergamot essential oil to every 10ml of massage body oil.
Vaporisation: Add 4 to 8 drops of Bergamot essential oil to bowl of a burner. Fill with water.
Add 1 drop OF Bergamot essential oil to cooled, boiled water as mouthwash.
Origin
Sicily Latin Name: Citrus bergamia - cold pressed Colour: clear Olive green. Aroma: strong Bergamot tea-like, has punch, citrus lemony like, mandarin like, with a clean fresh green note, drying to the nose and pallet.
Caution
Do not use in the sun or ultra-violet waves, photo sensitive: absorbs sunlight. Not a problem when used in shampoo or soap as most is washed away.
Certain oils may cause irritation and/or sensitizing and should be used in greater dilutions - they are all marked (X). Oils marked (S) especially Tagetes & Bergamot, should not be used on skin before exposure to the sun, except in a shampoo or soap, as most is rinsed. Avoid contact with the eye area: should this happen, immediately wash eyes thoroughly with water and repeat. Seek medical attention if stinging persists after 10 minutes.
Some people may have allergic reactions to essential oils, just as some people are allergic to grass or pollen. Kobashi or elixirhealth.co.uk can not be held responsible for any adverse reactions from their use. If you are prone to skin sensitivity and allergic reactions dilute oils to 1% or less. If in doubt of the amount please get professional advice.
