Directions:
2 capsules per day with food.
Taking Eye q for the first time, take 6 capsules a day with food for 12 weeks to ensure an optimum intake of long chain fatty acids.
After this time, you can reduce the intake to a maintenance level of at least 2 capsules per day.
These dosages are suitable for both adults and children, but those aged under 5 may want to start on 2 capsules a day and gradually build up to 6. Anyone on medication may want to consult their doctor before starting supplementation.
