BioFirm is based on a herbal formulation that has been used successfully in Denmark for over ten years. BioFirm is a gentle, yet effective, formula containing herbs and citrus pulp which support the body’s own natural internal process of elimination and detoxification.

To achieve this, BioFirm, the Danish Detox programme, should be part of your beauty and health regime for a minimum of 2 weeks every 6 months.

180 Tablets - 30 Day Supply.
Take 2 tablets with a large glass of natural mineral water three times daily for a minimum of two weeks.
Although you will certainly notice the benefits after two weeks these will be even more apparent if you follow the detox programme for a further 2 to 6 weeks.
It is important to drink plenty of natural mineral water – at least 1 litre per day but more if you can manage it.
With BioFirm tablets a detox programme is simple and needs no fasting.
1st Week
BioFirm begins to work from the first week of use. You may notice a loss of fluid, you may have a slight headache and some people report a very mild metallic taste in the mouth. This is quite normal and disappears by the end of the first week and shows that BioFirm is working.
2nd Week
By the end of the 2nd week the majority of toxins have been removed and you will notice an increase in energy and a feeling of lightness. You will still be losing fluid and your digestion will have improved. You may also have lost weight during the first 14 days.
Because the skin is the most effective organ for removing toxins from the body you may notice that your skin reacts. You may develop spots and it may be greasier than normal. This is a temporary condition and nothing to worry about – it just means that BioFirm is removing the toxins faster than your body can process them.
When the detox process has been completed you will find that your skin is finer and healthier than it has ever been. Some sound advise
You don’t need to fast when you take BioFirm, however if you want your detox plan to be more effective we suggest the following:
Reduce or eliminate the amount of alcohol, coffee, sweets, sugar, red meat and fatty foods.
Increase your intake of whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables, preferably organic.
Increase your intake of organic Omega 3, 6 & 9. Take moderate exercise to stimulate circulation, respiration and the elimination of toxins from your body.
